On the mission to create

It's been a lifetime in the making! I love creating with ANY medium. So after decades of working with clay, flowers, hard goods, and visual editorials, it's time to share my own weird and most passionate subjects. I'm offering functional artwork and art pieces as I build this shop. Come along with me as we celebrate nature and life on this bubble in space we call Earth.

Meet Karin Woodward

Did you know that kid growing up who said, "today we are going to pick flowers and make perfume.... tomorrow we are going to smash some cool rocks open and look for quartz! C'mon let's explore the woods and write a song! We can pretend our bicycles are cars and travel around the country". Or maybe you were the one who was dreaming up the next adventure and making art out of toothpicks? Well, that was me too. I'm so grateful for my friends who rode with me then and those who still today!

In homage to never sitting still, to exploring the details, and being a stranger to boredom, I humbly offer you my world. I hope you find something that moves you.

I used to think my editorial publications defined me, but an artist's portfolio is a chapter in a larger story. We are all complex and human and capable of anything at any time.

Stay Weird,

-Karin Woodward

Special thanks to all of my teachers for showing my that art is what you make of it. Honorable mention to my 1st grade art award: A digital drawing of the Statue of Liberty from my father's first computer/ dot matrix printer.
